Roman is involved in all aspects of the investment process including sourcing, due diligence and execution of post-closing growth and operations initiatives.
Prior to joining Boyne, Roman spent over 23 years in private equity and corporate finance, including 16 years leading private equity and special situations investments at HIG Capital. Roman has an extensive track record of partnering with management teams and growing business across a wide variety of industries, including business services, industrials and consumer products.
Roman started his career in investment banking and equity capital markets at Goldman Sachs in both New York and London.
Roman received his BSE and BAS from the University of Pennsylvania (The Wharton School and School of Engineering and Applied Sciences) and his MBA from Columbia University.
