The VP, Marketing will be responsible for creating and implementing a holistic marketing strategy to drive profitable growth across multiple partner Channels, and improve customer engagement and experience. This individual will coordinate across internal and external marketing resources to enhance brand awareness and reputation, and optimize promotional activities and advertising spend across various platforms. This role will facilitate successful new product launches by researching demand for new products and services, and developing promotional strategies to maximize awareness and drive early sales volume. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns and is seeking a “hands-on” role in an autonomous work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  •  Elevate Double Wood Supplement’s marketing strategy and annual marketing plans
  •  Accelerate brand awareness and strengthen brand positioning
  •  Coordinate Marketing ecosystem across internal and external resources
  •  Explore and engage new partner Channel relationships
  •  Evaluate and reallocate marketing spend across all partners to improve effectiveness and/or reduce costs
  •  Establish and monitor appropriate KPIs to assess the effectiveness of various marketing initiatives


  •  A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  •  A minimum of 10 years of experience managing marketing strategy and customer experience (e-commerce experience preferred)
  •  Proven track record of managing marketing KPIs (e.g., ROAS, ACoS) to optimize profitable growth
  •  Prior experience developing a company-wide marketing strategy for a high-growth organization


Reporting Structure:

The VP, Marketing will report directly to the CEO.
