They are one of the largest market participants, with full-suite services, including in-house product design capabilities. The company owns numerous patents and has over 200 domestic and international suppliers. A&A does not sell or touch the cannabis plant

In June 2021, A&A Global Imports became a portfolio company of Boyne Capital, a Miami, FL-based Private Equity firm that seeks to forge lasting and collaborative relationships with companies whose founders and families are still deeply involved in growing their businesses.



Reporting to the CEO, the Vice President of Sales will provide leadership and direction to the A&A sales organization. The VP of Sales will oversee customer service, inside sales, outside sales, and business development. The role will develop and execute upon company-wide growth KPIs, in addition to managing client and vendor relationships. The VP of Sales will carry an individual sales quota and manage vendor relationships in addition to sales team management.  The ideal candidate brings rigid packaging or cannabis industry sales leadership experience. Proven experience in scaling the business and growing a team. Hiring, enabling, and coaching team members to be successful while maximizing individual and team performance.


  • Consistently achieve/exceed individual sales goals
  • Lead, motivate, and support the sales team in achieving/exceeding goals
  • Establish and manage annual sales goals, strategy, and budget in collaboration with the CEO
  • Establish and maintain key customer and partner relationships
  • Assist with the recruiting and hiring of sales staff as the company grows
  • Monitor the market and competitor services
  • Establish sales team KPIs
  • Maintain an understanding of the industry offerings to ensure customer needs and requirements are met
  • Review customer activity, anticipate needs, improve customer satisfaction, and grow solution footprints/offerings within the customer base
  • Establish and maintain key customer and partner relationships
  • Work with the Accounting team to coordinate the accurate and timely invoicing of customers and partners



  • Proven and verifiable track record of consistently achieving/exceeding individual sales goals
  • Successful track record in building, mentoring, and managing a sales team to meet budgeted goals
  • Rigid packaging industry or cannabis industry sales experience
  • In-depth knowledge of recurring revenue selling strategies and methods
  • Must possess excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able/willing to travel 30%
  • Operational knowledge of Pipedrive
  • Experience with a PE-backed private company is a plus
