Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and working closely with management, the Vice President of Operations will oversee the day-to-day multi-site field operations across the company’s service lines, in the Carolinas, including erosion and sediment control inspection/maintenance, system installations (on-roof & at-grade), and product sales across verticals. The VP of Operations will translate business priorities into operational tactics to direct the business to achieve strategic goals in the core markets of NC and SC. This is a vital leadership role that will drive results, spur growth, and increase the overall operational efficiency of the company.



  • Provide leadership and direction to multi-site/location field service managers and staff; identify operational needs and ensure proper training and advising are provided
  • Direct and supervise project planning, managing, and controlling of all operations budgets to meet/exceed customer expectations and revenue targets
  • Evaluate client/project-specific concerns, site protocols, safety requirements, logistics planning, or other influences that may affect productivity, scheduling, working hours, and staffing levels
  • Develop best practices for operational procedures and advise on resources (IT/HR) that are needed to achieve the goals of the business
  • Identify, recommend, and implement new processes and/or technologies to improve and streamline processes
  • Provide regular performance updates to the management team
  • Ensure proper customer management throughout the project process


A minimum of 7 years of experience in leading field services projects and teams in a multi-site operation

Record of success in a similar leadership role within a similar field service or route business

Willing and able to travel/commute a minimum of 20% to manage a hub and spoke operations across the Southeastern US with a concentration in NC and SC

Strong financial acumen and experience managing margins using a P&L

Demonstrated experience building highly effective teams

Exceptional analytical, leadership, communication, and people skills
