As the only manufacturer that offers fiber-coupled, compact, mobile, or stationary laser cleaning units, with 20 to 1000 watts of laser power for a wide range of applications either handheld or automated, we have successfully implemented thousands of systems worldwide and established laser cleaning market leadership with our sole focus and expertise on laser cleaning.

In 2018, Adapt Laser partnered with Boyne Capital, a Miami, FL-based Private Equity firm that seeks to forge lasting and collaborative relationships with companies and support them in achieving their next phase of growth.


Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Sales Manager is responsible for implementing the sales strategy by understanding customers’ needs to optimize sales growth. The primary responsibilities include prospecting, lead generation, customer qualification, providing customers with education, presentations, and demonstrations to effectively close sales. This is a unique opportunity to represent top quality lasers associated with strong brand recognition. The ideal candidate understands laser technology and is deeply motivated by closing sales.


Responsibilities

  • Attain established sales objectives
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospect initiation to closing the sale
  • Develop and grow market share within the nuclear segment
  • Maintain consistent visibility and good relationships with key prospects
  • Evaluate the overall market and competitors; develop a vision and strategy for Adapt Laser to create a valuable, differentiated offering
  • Proactively collect vital information, develop tailored presentations, demonstrations, and proposals
  • Introduce, present, and conduct demonstrations
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of products, prices, policies, and procedures
  • Educate and update prospects on product lines and capabilities
  • Attend and participate in trade shows related to relevant product categories


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience and accomplishment in capital equipment sales
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or Business degree with considerable technical experience desired
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving/exceeding sales within the Nuclear industry
  • Experience, drive, and demonstrated success in building relationships with market stakeholders
  • Must possess excellent communication skills
  • Ability to qualify prospects/customers
  • Able/willing to travel a minimum of 50%
