Boyne Capital Partners LLC was founded in 2006 and is based in Miami, Florida. We focus on making control investments in lower middle market companies, in situations where we recognize an opportunity for a high degree of profitable growth.

Boyne Capital is led by a diverse group of investment professionals with backgrounds ranging from traditional private equity to Fortune 500 CEO experience. We have built a deep bench of marketing, operational, and financial leadership to help with new deal matters and to support portfolio company management on an interim or permanent basis. Our team’s industry expertise is expansive, enabling Boyne Capital to invest in a wide range of opportunities.

Boyne Capital sources deals through our broad network, generating opportunities in often overlooked sectors in which we have operational expertise. We are opportunistic in our investment selection, our transaction structuring and how we work with our investment partners to drive growth.
